Swedish songstress Winona Oak was a 12-year-old when her panic attacks and anxiety began, triggered by her hormonal cycle. Winona  eventually became agoraphobic, but help from loved ones along with mediation, yoga, and more, she finally found relief and a better life. Winona shares her SHE EP represents female empowerment and how she's grown as an artist through bravery.
